Melatonin ⌄

FORMULATION APPROACH

Dr. Riker formulated REM-STATE around two important components of restorative sleep: deep sleep and REM sleep. Rather than relying on a single sleep ingredient, the formula combines compounds selected for complementary roles in relaxation, sleep signaling and healthy sleep patterns.

The formulation includes melatonin, 5-HTP, GABA, L-theanine, reishi mushroom and ashwagandha, along with additional ingredients including valerian root, L-tryptophan, chamomile and magnesium glycinate.
