I published this book in August of 2023, and I'm already working on the 2nd edition because a plethora of new information has come out in the last 2 years that I think needs to be revised and updated. However, my first book provides you with a wealth of knowledge, first dispelling all of the "fake news" and misinformation out there on human nutrition. Second, it provides an evidence-based approach to living an optimal lifestyle via changes to exactly what we eat, how/when we eat, all backed up with references after each chapter. It is a great place to start, and will change your life for the better. It is a lifestyle...NOT a diet.
