Thank you again for advising about REM-STATE. It was amazing to have something that helped me relax and sleep.
Took it about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before bed and only took it for about 4 nights to catch up on my sleep. I will definitely use it when my insomnia kicks in again. My body is going through lots of menopausal changes so insomnia is one of my repetitive occurrences from this.
